LEADERSHIP

Eric Perreca

Mr. Perreca is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and has spent decades as a sustainable energy and technology investor.

He was previously: the Co-Head and Managing Director of energy infrastructure investing at Hunt Alternative Energy Investments a subsidiary of Hunt Investment Management; the CEO of Scatec Solar North America (SSO.OL), a utility and commercial solar finance and development firm; a Mergers and Acquisitions Technology Investment Banker in the Strategic Advisory Group at Thomas Weisel Partners, and; served for over fifteen years in the U.S. Navy, as a SEAL Team Officer, with assignments to its most respected units.

Mr. Perreca serves as an Ambassador to the Navy SEAL Foundation, an Advisor to the Common Mission Project (501.3c) and has been the President of the UDT SEAL Association, NorCal Chapter.

Victor Szczerba

Mr. Szczerba is an experienced Silicon Valley executive, consultant, entrepreneur and advisor.

He specializes in getting businesses to scale quickly by aligning product, GTM, and ecosystem. Mr. Szczerba was CEO of Yeti Data and has advised many Private Equity, Venture, ESG, and technology businesses including Softbank, Microsoft, and Sequoia. Earlier, Mr. Szczerba created the Market Development process - the process of bringing new products and services to market for maximum impact for a total of $10B of acquisitions and $2B in new first year revenue.

Mr. Szczerba earned an MBA at University of California at Berkeley, a BSEE from Marquette University and is former McKinsey consultant.

Chris Bowers

Mr. Bowers is an experienced executive, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor to CEOs.

He was Chief of Staff and GM Corporate Services at Applied Materials; Advisor to the CEO of Philips Electronics; former Partner at Hay Group (now Korn Ferry); former CEO of a publicly listed climate tech company and has founded and led early stage climate tech companies. He was a Board Director at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship and is Chair Emeritus of the Stanford Cancer Council.

He has an MBA from Warwick Business School and served for 5 years with the UK Special Forces.
